Phusion Projects Order Management Business Rules

This letter serves as formal notification that Phusion Projects is updating our business rules to better serve our customer base. Our intent is to continue to provide high quality service to all our distributors and implementing these rules will aid in our mission execution.
Updates to Order Management Business Rules
Beginning 6/1/2025, any revision request within 14 calendar days to the purchase order requested delivery date will incur a $250 late revision fee.
Claims for damage suspected during transit or purchase order shortage/overages must be submitted via the Suite Commerce portal within 5 business days of receipt of the purchase order.
Existing Order Management Business Rules
All revisions and claims must be submitted through the Suite Commerce Portal. Manual revisions increase the risk for human error and utilizing Suite Commerce allows all of us to avoid this risk and ensure accuracy on all items/quantities requested.
Any order that is requested to ship less than the 35-day lead time window, a $1000 expedite fee will be assessed to the order.
Any order that is requested to ship less than a full truckload of pallets (20-21 pallets), a $1000 split load fee will be assessed to the order; pre-approved customers will be offered this service at a reduced fee of $250 per order to support their logistics needs.
